Started with a simple ChatGPT wrapper called Clawbot. Realized the name was taken. Pivoted to Moltbot. Just trying to automate some tasks. No grand vision yet.

OpenClaw Adoption → RONIN Birth

Tried OpenClaw (Claude Agent SDK). Most failed — too unsafe, too expensive, or both. Instead of giving up, transcended it. Built RONIN framework: autonomous agents governed by Nexus protocols, watched by Trinity, living inside Matrix. First conversations with Sentinel. The "mega bimbo moment" that changed everything.
